Policy Evaluation
Housing providers are increasingly encouraged to engage tenants in the development of policies. Whether the need for strategies and policies comes as a response to a central government initiative eg, Supporting People, or it is driven by the organisation itself, tenant engagement and participation is key.
We have experience of working on different aspects of policy evaluation. We work with our clients to understand the issues, then we devise imaginative and effective ways to involve tenants. We also have experience of working with ‘hard to reach’ groups and we acknowledge that different communities need to be considered in different ways.
