Mystery Shopping
Increasingly the housing sector is using mystery shopping to evaluate the quality of service experienced by tenants and stakeholders. The process allows an organisation to independently test its services. The technique can provide both hard and soft data as feedback to service managers.
Working with our housing clients we know that testing service levels at housing offices or one-stop shops is becoming priority. With this in mind, we have created a mystery shopping programme that enables housing providers to test services against the promises they make to their tenants.
