Now in its fifteenth year, the ORC Corporate Monitor study has provided subscribing members with a regular and reliable source of information about the satisfaction levels of FAs and employee benefits consultants who place corporate pensions and protection business with life offices.
Since its inception in 1991 and now in its 34th wave, the ORC Syndicated Life & Pensions Monitor study has been tracking FA attitudes to life offices, focusing on satisfaction levels in certain key areas.
ORC Investrack monitors more than 250 discretionary asset managers and independent financial advisers, assessing their perceptions of leading fund management companies, while identifying key drivers of satisfaction. Introduced in 2000 and now established in its fourteenth wave, ORC Investrack concentrates on the intermediary sector by providing clients with information.
ORC ProtectionTrack monitors financial advisers specialising in individual protection business, assessing their perception of leading protection providers, while identifying key drivers of satisfaction. The study is currently in its sixth wave, having been launched in September 2005 with Scottish Widows, Scottish Provident and Scottish Equitable as founding members.
