ORC Corporate Monitor
Now in its fifteenth year, the ORC Corporate Monitor study has provided subscribing members with a regular and reliable source of information about the satisfaction levels of FAs and employee benefits consultants who place corporate pensions and protection business with life offices.
ORC Life & Pensions
Since its inception in 1991 and now in its 34th wave, the ORC Syndicated Life & Pensions Monitor study has been tracking FA attitudes to life offices, focusing on satisfaction levels in certain key areas.
ORC Investrack
ORC Investrack monitors more than 250 discretionary asset managers and independent financial advisers, assessing their perceptions of leading fund management companies, while identifying key drivers of satisfaction. Introduced in 2000 and now established in its fourteenth wave, ORC Investrack concentrates on the intermediary sector by providing clients with information.
ORC ProtectionTrack
ORC ProtectionTrack monitors financial advisers specialising in individual protection business, assessing their perception of leading protection providers, while identifying key drivers of satisfaction. The study is currently in its sixth wave, having been launched in September 2005 with Scottish Widows, Scottish Provident and Scottish Equitable as founding members.
ORC AnnuityTrack
ORC Annuity Track was established in 2007 to specifically explore the placement of annuity business and satisfaction with retirement product providers in the UK. The study helps members identify issues, other than rates, that can be used to differentiate their offering. This study is currently conducted on an annual basis.
ORC Group Risk Track
ORC Group Risk Track was launched in 2007 to provide subscribing members with important MI from EBCs and IFAs placing group risk (corporate protection) business. The study explores key decision criteria as well as understanding satisfaction across the whole service chain, from initial communications through to the administration of employee claims. This study is currently conducted on an annual basis.
