A leading UK water supplier commissioned ORC International to conduct a customer satisfaction study among its major business customers, with a particular focus on customer loyalty and propensity to switch supplier, to reflect attitudes to the phasing in of competition into this market.
The research has enabled the company to develop its customer retention strategies.
