Through the research we have undertaken we have proven that a workforce of highly committed, motivated and fully contributing employees will have a significant impact on an organisation’s bottom line.
At ORC International we take a pragmatic approach to employee research across the Employee Lifecycle. Through our experience of working with high performing organisations, we know that for employee research to be successfully implemented, and for realistic and sustainable change to occur as a result, the research needs to be fully embedded in organisational and HR strategy and not set apart as a standalone initiative.
