Action Planning
The most important part of running an employee survey is ensuring that the results are communicated to staff and that action is taken as a result of the findings. While this is key to convincing staff that the organisation is listening to their views and is committed to acting on them, for managers it is often the most difficult part of the process.
Our involvement can include:
- Facilitated action planning sessions with senior management teams following the survey
- Moderating action planning focus groups with staff
- Workshops with survey managers, to help guide organisations through the post-survey process. Workshops may be in-house or delegates can attend open workshops in our London and Manchester offices. Areas covered include:
