In our experience, survey data is most effectively used when it is presented in a format that is easy to navigate and therefore easy to interpret. The full data from the survey will be provided for the client project team through an interactive data interrogation spreadsheet created in Excel. This allows exploration of the data in your own way, using drop-down lists and buttons to sort the data and select different units/demographic options or ways of presenting the data. Once selections are made the data can be exported to a new spreadsheet see below for example.
