Ensuring that the comments collected from a survey are read and put to good use is often a daunting task. ORC Comments has been designed to help organisations better understand and segment the information so that the relevant information can be extracted when needed. This is done by enabling the user to filter the comments made by a question and the demographics used in the survey (see below).
