Putting your results in to perspective is critical, be it relative to internal trends, or to external best practice. At ORC International, our specialist benchmarking database, perspectives, provides an extensive and robust means for organisations to compare their survey data to an external point of reference.
The perspectives database currently contains data from over 370 organisations, representing 1.5 million employees across the UK and internationally, enabling us to provide median scores by industry sector, “best-in-class” and demographic group. Alternatively, the database is flexible enough to allow an organisation to create its own norm – choosing the specific group of organisations it wishes to benchmark against.
