At the heart of this programme is our performance review process. Company goals are reviewed and set annually, and individual objectives – along with the training needs necessary to meet them – are identified and then aligned to company goals.
Listening to our staff
Internal communication is an integral part of ORC International’s culture. Company information is disseminated through regular company meetings, our intranet, and a quarterly staff newsletter.
We also undertake a comprehensive staff survey each year from which key action plans are developed for areas that need improvement. From conducting employee research for our clients, we know that the overall satisfaction of ORC International employees has been above the UK average for the last four years – a result that we are proud of and are striving to maintain.
